Monogrammed booty cover courtesy of Katie : ) Still a little big on Harper, but if she's anything like her mom, she'll definitely have a booty to fill it :)

Harper Goes to Minnesota!

We spent the week at Jamie's Mom & Dad's home on the lake in Minnesota. It was a fun week filled with good food and family. All of his siblings, two sets of grandparents and his aunt, uncle & cousin were also able to be there. We had a couple days of sunshine to lay out. Jamie helped put together a big swing set for all the grand kids and also helped to build a new shed. We got to sit around the fire and listen to the loons and just enjoy the lake atmosphere. Friday night we got to eat up all the fish that everyone caught throughout the week (very yummy). It was a fun week with family, but we got home just in time. I got sick on the way home, ended up having to hit the ER saturday night with mastitis (infection). On antibiotics and doing better now!
Harper had a good time meeting all of her new relatives and hanging on outside a lot and going to turtle races and shopping with mom and dad.

Harper chillin' in the shade while mommy got some sun on the beach.

Harper got to finally meet her Aunt Miranda!

Harper got to meet her Great-Grandma & Grandpa Wahl. They gave her a beautiful new blanket, hand made by Grandma. Harper loved her new blanket, and snuggled with it all week.

Harper got to meet her Great-Grandma & Grandpa Block.

Harper meets her Great-Aunt Cindy. Her Great-Uncle Mike was there too with 2nd cousin Jessica, and 3rd cousins Chase and Austin (in background).

On wednesday we went to the Turtle Races in Nisswa (cute nearby town with lots of fun shops and yummy pizza place). It was quite a sight! There were about 600 entries in the race and a few of Harper's cousins were winners. Unfortunately her Daddy's turtle did not win. His turtle got a little distracted, and never made it to the finish line.

Harper slept through most of the turtle racing...

Sully & Kaley LOVED being at Grandma & Grandpa Wahl's!

Kaley had a sore leg, but still got in some swimming. We took her to the vet today, and looks like she might need surgery on her MCL, so say a little prayer for our Kaley!
