Here's a video of Harper on her play mat. She is such a wiggly jiggly girl. This is especially for those who met Harper over the weekend, but didn't get to see her with her eyes open :)

Here's another video of Harper on tummy time* rolling over. I just caught the tail end of her rolling over. She has started rolling over from her belly sometimes during her tummy time (mainly because she's sick of being on her tummy, and gets upset enough to kick her legs, and flip herself over).

*tummy time is when she is placed on her tummy; this helps strengthen her neck

Here's Harper at one of our stops on the way home. She was such a good traveler!
Grandma Ortyl was overjoyed to have both her grandaughters in one place at one time.

Harper was soooo excited to see her Grandma & Grandpa Ortyl again!

Harper Goes Downtown in St Louis

We took Harper downtown to feel the buzz of MLB All-Star weekend and get some fun pictures of her.

Harper Goes to St. Louis

Harper had her first road trip as we headed to St Louis. The trip down was very smooth and we all had a great time introducing Harper to her family and friends in the Lou.

Harper is 1 month old already! Time is flying by!

Here's a sweet "Happy 1 Month" card Harper received from her cousins Hayden & Ethan.

The weather here was crappy on the 4th, so we didn't get out to 4th of July festivities like we had planned. Instead we hung around the house and grilled out, burned a couple sparklers.

Harper Mae turned 3 weeks old on Thursday!

Harper was "sick" of all the picture taking....(Action photo of the week)

Last Sunday was our first day out with Harper. We went for a stroll around the park (it was a beautiful day). Harper slept through most of her day out, but woke up to for a little bit to take in the scenery.

While my parents (Greg & Jane) were staying with us, I had to use my breast pump a lot. While I pumped, my mom would "hear" things the pump was saying ("It sounds like it's saying...")
So here are some things the pump "said" to my mom (perhaps a trip into Jane's psyche):
atta-girl
bad news
you're ok
yellow paint
milk-ing
tad-a-pole
laugh at me
